Interpretation

​

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

 

Definitions

For the purposes of this Cancellation and Refund Policy:​

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Disclaimer) refers to Soul Alchemy Academy, Online.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • You means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

  • Website refers to Soul Alchemy Academy, accessible from www.elixirofthesoul.com

Cancellation and refund policy

​

The Company offers a 14 day money back guarantee on its courses with three different pricing plans (Silver, Gold and Elixir) and a refund will be issued if:

  • you have requested it within the 14 day cooling off period;

  • you have not completed (or attempted to complete) the course(s) and any programs;

  • you have not received a Certificate of Achievement (whether digital or physical) on the course.

The 14 day cooling off period begins from the day you made the purchase.

Once your access to the paid course run has been removed, you will not be able to access any part of the course, take part in any programs, or receive a digital or printed certificate for the course run.

If you change your mind:

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your order as long as you have not completed (or attempted to complete) the course and any programs.

The Company doesn't refund the Album - Complete Guided Audio Meditations of the Soul Alchemy Foundation Course - Create The Life You Choose, purchased in a Bronze Plan. The Company doesn't refund Online Program purchased individually without being included in a Subscription Plan. The Company doesn't also refund Video Course purchased individually from their Library. No transferring ownership, all rights reserved to the original creator.

The Company has a 24-hour cancellation policy for booking services.

Appointments bookings can be cancelled if more than 24 hours’ notice is given and a full refund issued.

Refunds will only be paid to the cardholder or person who made the original payment and will be made through the same means as payment was made.

Refund and Re-schedule Policy :

1. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.

2. The first time a cancellation is made within the 24hr period prior to the time of the booked appointment, the client will be given the opportunity to re-book (with no financial penalty applied).

3. Any subsequent cancellations by/for the same client that occur within the 24-hour period will be referred to directors of the Soul Alchemy Academy and may result in a cancelled booking fee of £20. If clients request a refund, a partial refund will be issued. The total amount of the One-to-One Soul Alchemy Consultation minus the fee will be refunded.

Clients who make a booking and subsequently fail to present for their designated appointment (and have not contacted us to cancel their appointment), then clients will not be entitled to a refund.

How to request a refund

To request a refund or cancellation, contact us at info@elixirofthesoul.com with your email address and order number.

When and how we issue refunds

​

Upon determining that a cancellation or refund is due to you under these Terms, we will issue such refund or cancellation within 14 days of:

  • our receipt of the returned Product(s);

  • or our confirmation that such refund or cancellation is due to you otherwise than through return of the Products.

If you are entitled to a refund we will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay for the Product(s).

Under UK law, you may have the right to cancel or request a refund under certain circumstances, in accordance with this policy.
